The business that eventually became known as Hylie Products was founded over 50 years ago in 1951. We were incorporated in 1963 and have been in the same location since 1967. Our company was conceived with the idea that the customer wants products of precise dimensions, at competitive prices, and delivered on time. The end use of our products ranges from positive and negative terminals for the 9-volt battery; fill eyelets, positive and negative discs for lithium batteries; caps and cans for resistors and capacitors; to component parts for air valves, military ordnances and medical devices.

Hylie Products is certified to ISO 9001:2008 by DNV. At Hylie we have developed a system of continual improvement- one that impacts all levels of our organization. Top management has always been part of our Quality team and is very much involved in the company's efforts to continually improve and become even more lean and efficient. Hylie has entered into a partnership of supplier continual improvement with our major customers. This affords us the opportunity to improve internal processes and productivity. Some customers deliver our parts straight to their production line bypassing their own in-coming inspection. On several jobs we run, Hylie's quality is considered the "benchmark" by our customers. On most jobs we run we are the only source of supply.

We invite you to contact us with your quotation requests. All our parts are specials, made to customer's prints and specifications. We fabricate parts from most alloys, including 0.002" thick stainless steel, and can hold a tolerance of +/- 0.0002". We have a complete tool-build facility, including a carbide department. Hylie's experienced production staff and our equipment can handle any size order from 100,000 to 100,000,000++ parts. Our tools are built for high productivity.
